Activating The New Covenant with Communion
NOTES:
Jeremiah 31:31-34
Jesus established the New Covenant at the cross: Matthew 26:27-30.
New Covenant is ratified through Communion
1. We ratify what Jesus accomplished on the cross.
- Ratify is a formal approval to an agreement
- I approve of the New Covenant with God
2. Understanding Jesus broken body and shed blood
comes through revelation
-Communion is a physical expression of a spiritual
truth and reality
-Faith brings heavenly truth into our lives
3. Righteousness and healing are already legally
accomplished in heaven.
-I accept and declare the ruling of the courts of
heaven and remind the devil of my covenant standing.
4. We are to enforce the New Covenant in our lives
-Refuse to surrender your covenant rights to the devil
-The devil cannot stop the victory of the New Covenant
